1. Acceptance of These Terms

4. Account Responsibility

5. Content Ownership and Permission

You must own or have explicit permission to use every image, video, profile text, name, logo, link, message, and other material you submit. Posting something online elsewhere does not mean you have permission to use it on OnlyFindom.

You must not submit or share:

• Photos, videos, or screenshots stolen from another creator, model, member, or social profile.
• Copyrighted text, images, designs, videos, articles, logos, or artwork without permission.
• Names, brands, trademarks, stage names, or handles used to mislead people about affiliation or identity.
• Private messages, private photos, legal names, addresses, workplace details, or payment information.
• Any intimate content involving someone who did not consent to that content being shared on OnlyFindom.

6. No Impersonation or Misleading Identity

You may not impersonate another person, creator, findomme, finsub, brand, platform, employee, or public figure. You may not use stolen photos, altered screenshots, fake verification claims, copied bios, or misleading links to make users believe you are someone else or endorsed by someone else.

7. Prohibited Conduct

OnlyFindom may restrict or remove accounts that engage in prohibited conduct, including:

• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights infringement.
• Non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, revenge posting, threats, blackmail, or coercion.
• Fraud, fake payouts, gift-card scams, chargeback abuse, phishing, malware, or payment manipulation.
• Harassment, hate, abuse, stalking, intimidation, or pressure after someone declines contact.
• Underage content, age misrepresentation, or sexual communication involving anyone under 18.
• Spam, scraping, automated messaging, fake engagement, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Advertising illegal services, trafficking, exploitation, or any conduct that violates applicable law.

8. Tribute, Payments, and Third-Party Services

OnlyFindom may link to third-party services or payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, payment decisions, chargebacks, external messages, off-site transactions, or promises made outside the OnlyFindom environment.

Members should avoid any request that involves secrecy, urgency, stolen identity information, gift-card-only pressure, fake release fees, or payments designed to evade platform or legal requirements.

9. Reporting Infringement or Abuse

If you believe content on OnlyFindom infringes your rights, impersonates you, uses your image without permission, or exposes private information, contact support@onlyfindom.com. Include the URL, username, description of the issue, proof of ownership or authorization, and your contact information so we can review the matter.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when we believe these terms have been violated. We may also act to protect members, rights holders, the site, or the wider adult community from fraud, abuse, infringement, or safety risks.

11. Educational Content
